Had a chance to go to Yogur Story for a wonderful meal and it was great! Thankfully we were finishing up a hike and decided to join the waitlist on the way. Parking here is very tight but we were lucky that a party was leaving and we were able to snag a spot. This is a cute spot with a cozy interior. The food here was really yummy! We ended up ordering: * Ube French toast - this was delicious and came with their famous ube coconut sauce which was delectable. This also came with butter and whipped cream as well as different fruits like blueberries, strawberries and banana. The overall combination was great! * Crab Cake Benedict's - these were delicious crispy crabcakes bennies with a side of house potatoes and asparagus. Loved every bite of this! Overall the food here was really good and the portions were generous. Would recommend to check this place out!

We got Ube pancakes and Prime Rib Loco Moco from YogurStory. Price, quality, taste, and portion were all great! The prime ribs loco Moco was delicious and hearty. The meat was tender and the eggs were perfectly runny. The Ube pancakes were sweet and fluffy. We were so full we couldn't even finish the pancakes. This was such a good brunch place!

They have a small parking lot that is shared with other stores so you could grab a spot if you are lucky. If not you can find spots on the streets. If you are coming on the weekday with a party of 8 or more, you can call to make reservations. If not, just keep checking on Yelp to check in on the app. They do have a tablet at the entrance to join the waitlist but it will be faster to do it on the app. We got there around 8:40 and they just started the waitlist so we were second in line. It took 10minutes for them to text us. They have benches outside you can sit on while waiting. We ordered the Ube pancake which came in a layer of 5. The pancake itself didn't taste any different than a buttermilk pancake but was not overly dry or dense but just right. The Ube sauce was also not too sweet despite how it looks. Since you are having 5 layers of pancake, your mouth will get dry so I recommend ordering some fruits to go with. We also ordered the Ube French Toast which came with a lot of fruits so I just took some off of it and added them to my pancake. The Prime Rib Loco Moco was cooked to perfection; we asked for medium rare and it melted in your mouth. It came with a lot of rice but the sauce is also salty so you might need that much rice to balance it out. Our server was really friendly and humorous. We got our waters filled and check brought to the table without us needing to flag her down. They were quick at cleaning the tables for those waiting outside.

Pancakes were super buttery and delicious! Busy day but still got served at a decent time.

We've been wanting to try this place for awhile but it's always packed with a long wait time, but this morning we were in the neighborhood and decided to try our luck - 9:30a, got seated right away! and this place was pretty full! The waitstaff were fast despite that, and food came out pretty fast. My wife grew up eating corned beef hash and probably considers herself a connoisseur. She ordered the corned beef hash benedict (pictured) and loved it! Tasty but more importantly with a crusty outer texture. And the order comes with TWO ~4" thick patties. And upon my request, she got the tater tots starch side cuz I love tater tots, and they were nice and crispy. I got my usual favorite diner-like order of fried rice (The Oinker or Oinky, I forget) - as good as anyone's but even bigger portion that doesn't overcharge! And as pictured surrounded by Portuguese sausage slices and topped artistically with scrambled egg. Delicious and filling! Overall, the prices are reasonable! Probably the biggest, most comparable competitors might be Eggs 'n Things, Lulu's and Mac 24/7 or even Kam Bowl (although Kam Bowl still way more "local" vibe and selections). The layout for dining is nicely spacious, very clean with some decor. Lighting is a bit fluorescent-like, but the office-like lighting might also be related to the walls. There's also the old counter (from previous owners Likelike Drive-Inn) that has the potential for lots of seating but currently blocked by canisters of coffee, which seemed odd. Flies get inside, not surprisingly, so next time we come we'll plan to bring our battery-operated fly thing that twirls (Monkeypod provides them to diners, if you're wondering). Parking is kind of a challenge, but at least there's a parking lot. Can't wait to try other stuff on the menu, especially their 8 oz hamburger patties x 2 loco moco, prime rib anything, and so much more!! I think our key strategy will be to come during weekdays and before 10a.

I don't usually eat out but because my friends were hungry after we went hiking. I would recommend to my family. We will definitely come back here.

YogurStory is located in a small business complex with a few other stores so although there is parking out front, expect to park more so on the side, back, or even on one of the nearby street parking. We came by on a Friday morning and it was already packed although the wait time for seating only took 15 minutes. The restaurant definitely gave diner vibes with their decor as well as the way the tables were laid out. Upon being seated, the staff were very friendly. We tried a little bit of everything on the menu from sweet to savory to even some of their healthier options and we were satisfied on the flavors. We even grabbed a few drinks and they were thirst quenching as well. Our favorite savory dish of the bunch would have to be the Pulehu Kalbi & Eggs with the side of Kimchi Fried Rice. The meat was very tender and flavorful which was complemented by the flavor packed fried rice. The icing on the cake was breaking the egg yolk on top of the rice fill it with umami. We were recommended the Ube Pancakes but we wanted to get the Ube Waffles as it was more shareable and wow. Even without the Ube syrup, the waffle was so flavorful and the whipped cream complemented it so well. We almost ended up ordering another one had we not been so full already. Overall a very good experience and would definitely come back again in the future.
